Welcome to Green Fit, the company where you can get in shape whilst enjoying the beauty of nature, open spaces and fresh air.
All my classes take place in Highgate Wood, a 70 acre area of ancient woodland in North London, lying between East Finchley, Highgate Village, and Muswell Hill. It is easily accessed via Muswell Hill Road and most classes begin between the cafe and the nature hut.
